Job Opportunity at Quadriga in Northern California

May 4, 2014 in Job Opportunities by Patricia Jennex

Quadriga is seeking a self-motivated entry-level professional to serve in their Santa Rosa office. Candidates will need a basic understanding of the landscape architectural profession, a developed graphic sensibility, and demonstrate strong AutoCAD drafting skills. Construction and construction administration experience is a plus.

Quadriga has offices in northern California and serves clients throughout the state. We specialize in innovative and functional design solutions for public sector, institutional, commercial, residential and environmental projects. Founded in 1997, our guiding vision ensures that we are always contributing to a legacy of excellent planning and design — a legacy that has always balanced stewardship, respect for cultural context, and spirit of place with solutions that are constructible and financially viable. Throughout the design process, we strive to apply LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and Sustainable Sites Initiative philosophies whenever possible. Quadriga attempts to create a studio environment where creativity, productivity, civility and fun find a healthy balance. To that end, we seek out professionals eager to learn and who are not opposed to sharing responsibilities answering phones or taking out the trash.

  • Proficiency in computer-generated graphics using programs such as AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in landscape architecture
  • Ability to work in an open, collaborative studio environment
  • B.S. or M.L.A. in landscape architecture
